Chike Madumere
Founder & GIS Specialist
Chike Madumere has a Bachelor's (B. Eng) in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental and Geospatial Sciences from North Carolina Central University, and is currently a Doctoral (Ph.D.) candidate in Infrastructure and Environmental Systems program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Chike's professional career of over a decade includes global leading roles in spatially informed real estate strategy and site selection across sectors in retail, cloud, and energy/renewable infrastructure.
Chike is also a published author of four peer-reviewed articles on Global Food Security, Spatial Interaction Modelling, Supervised/Unsupervised Image Classification, and remote sensing in notable journals like the Southeastern Division of the American Association of Geographers (SEDAAG), North Carolina Geographical Society (NCGS), and the Environmental and Engineering Geoscience journals respectively.
Ugochukwu Brown
COO & Data Expert
Ugo Brown is a seasoned Data Consultant based in the United Kingdom with over 18 years of experience in the data industry. He holds a BTech degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, having pursued his education across Nigeria, India, and the UK. Throughout his extensive career, Ugo has held significant roles at Data Center Dynamics and Creed, where he developed deep data management and operations expertise.
He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Taxxbox Limited for five years, where he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
Ugo's professional credentials include a Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Professional, Red Hat Engineer, Cisco Associate, and Data Governance Specialist certifications. Notably, he was a lead consultant on the World Bank-assisted project for implementing the National Central Population Database in Nigeria, further showcasing his expertise in large-scale data initiatives.
Tyler Hays
CTO & Environmental Specialist
Tyler Hays holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Science in Forest Biomaterials from North Carolina State University, with a focus on Geospatial and Environmental Modeling. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in GIS from the same institution. Tyler is a certified Enterprise Administration Professional in GIS technologies and holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License for small unmanned aircraft systems.
With over a decade of expertise in geospatial technology and development, Tyler has established himself as a distinguished leader in GIS engineering and software development. His career spans both public and private sectors, collaborating with prestigious organizations including the US Department of Energy, US Forest Service, US National Laboratories, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Tyler's contributions extend beyond practical applications; as a published author in peer-reviewed journals, he has advanced spatial variation methodologies in Life Cycle Assessment, cementing his position as a thought leader in geospatial technology and its wide-ranging applications.

Charles is a qualified lawyer and project management expert with extensive experience in implementing and monitoring technical cooperation projects in Nigeria. His professional journey spans across a broad spectrum of areas, including public sector institutional capacity building, private sector competitiveness, MSME development, agricultural value chains, and environmental sustainability.
With over 6 years of consulting experience in the public sector and international NGOs, Charles is skilled in managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and pilot project execution.
